Frequently asked questions
How do I know a brand will actually pay me?
You don't start work until the brand has funded escrow. Delivery only unlocks once the money is held by Collab Dock through Stripe, so you never film for a brand that hasn't paid.
What does Collab Dock take?
A single 20% platform fee on completed deals. Stripe's processing fees come out of that 20% too, so the split you see at acceptance is what you get.
How long until the money hits my bank?
Funds release to your Stripe payout account on approval, usually the same day. Bank arrival typically takes up to a week, and up to two weeks for a first payout while Stripe completes security checks.
Do I have to give Collab Dock my TikTok password?
No. You sign in on TikTok's own login page and approve read-only access through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 consent screen. Collab Dock never sees your password and you can revoke access at any time.
