"Collab Dock", the Collab Dock logo, and the Platform's user interface are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Collab Dock. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of such names does not imply endorsement.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Collab Dock integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Collab Dock is independent from and not endorsed by these platforms. Use of those platforms through Collab Dock is subject to their respective terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and the policies of Meta and Google where applicable.

4. Reporting Abuse and Copyright Notices

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. Submit notices via the contact formwith: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
