How escrow works.
The single reason both sides trust Collab Dock: the money sits in a safe middle before either side has to trust the other. Brands don't lose cash to no-shows. Creators don't work for free. Nobody has to chase.
Terms are agreed
Brand and creator agree on price, deliverables and deadline inside the campaign chat. Both sides accept — the price locks.
Brand funds escrow
Brand pays the agreed amount through Stripe. The money is held by Collab Dock — not sent to the creator yet.
Creator delivers
Only once escrow is funded does delivery unlock. Creator submits the content or completes the deliverables.
Brand approves
Brand reviews, requests revisions if needed, or approves. If they don't respond within 72h, submission auto-approves.
Funds release to creator
On approval, Collab Dock releases escrow to the creator's Stripe payout account — usually same day.
Disputes go to an admin
If both sides disagree, an admin reviews the brief, chat and deliverables and rules on a fair split.
